1. Service Agreement
All services are provided based on the information shared by the vehicle owner.

A written or verbal estimate will be provided before the commencement of work.

Work will only proceed after receiving customer approval.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Customers are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior agreement is in place.

4. Parts & Warranty

All parts used are either OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or high-quality aftermarket parts.

Most repairs and parts come with a limited warranty (typically 30 to 90 days depending on the service/part). Warranty terms will be specified at the time of service.

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or lack of maintenance.

5. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, PROWRAPDESIGNS LTD is not liable for pre-existing issues, unforeseen mechanical failures, or items left inside the vehicle.

Customers are advised to remove personal belongings before handing over the vehicle.

6. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information and inform us of any known issues.

Regular maintenance (e.g., oil changes, filter replacements) should be carried out to maintain warranty validity.

7. Data & Privacy
Customer data collected during service booking or diagnostics will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
